Present Job

Consultant and Business Advisor.
I attend to Company Restructuration, Supply Chain, Lean Organization and Quality. Using the process analysis and with the related Key Performance Indicators, I propose a proper industrial model necessary to satisfy the market and the financial parameters of the Company.

Associate at GRETA Associati, Research Centre in Econometric and Finance, Venice.
My main activity is in the field of Quantitative Finance, developing the mathematical models for Investments and Performance Attributions, and taking care of their implementation.

Assistant Research at University of Venice, Cà Foscari, Department of Economics, Dimensionality reduction tecnique in forecasting with large panel.

 

Work Experience

03/1991 – 10/1993: SIEMENS TELECOMUNICAZIONI ITALIA S.p.A., Milano.
Sector: Radio link communication.
Position: Project Manager. I was in charge for the radio link from the installation to the final check in Italy, Algeria and Turkey .

11/1993 – 05/1995: DANIELI OFFICINE MECCANICHE S.p.A., Buttrio (UD).
Sector: Steelworks and Rolling mills.
Position: Sales Engineer in the Rolling Mill Sales Office. I was responsible for the technical offer and sales negotiation (China: Beijing, Qiqihaer, Shenyang, Wuhan).

06/1995 – 06/2000: ELECTROLUX PROFESSIONAL S.p.A., Pordenone.
Sector: Professional equipment for Food Service and Laundry.
Position: Purchasing, Material Handling and Production Manager in Cooking Division. Starting as Purchasing and Material Handling Manager, with customized production programs and involving the supplier, I reduced the throughput time and the inventory; the production process reached the capability to follow the market trend.
1999: my position was implemented with the responsibility on Production and
I carried out the transfer of two foreign production plants in the Cooking Division .

07/2000 – 07/2002: JACUZZI EUROPE S.p.A., Valvasone (PN).
Sector: SPA, Whirpoolbath and Shower.
Position: Plant Manager with responsibility on Logistic , Production , Purchasing , Process Engineering and Quality .
The main targets were to achieve stock reduction, increase production efficiency and reduce the service call-rate. I had the responsibility of the project for the new SPA plant, with a high level of process automation, needed to reduce the product cost and lead time.

08/2002 – 04/2005: RHOSS S.p.A., Codroipo (UD).
Sector: Chiller form 3 to 1200 kw , fan coil and air treatment unit .
Position: Operation Manager with responsibility on R&D , Logistic , Production , Purchasing , Process Engineering and Quality .
I completely redesigned the R&D and the Engineering process in order to customize the products at the final step of production , reaching high flexibility to the demand and stock reduction.

05/2005 – 05/2006: GRUPPO BIANCHI1770 S.p.A. , Conegliano (TV).
Sector: Key and Key cutting machine (KEYLINE), Injection molding (FISC ITALAINA). Position: Group Operation Manager. For both the brands I implemented the Lean Production and for FISC I led the project for the new plant transferring and joining different production sites, reducing both costs and lead time.

06/2006 – 12/2007: Temporary Manager for Operation.

01/2008 – 06/2011: FRACARRO RADIOINDUSTRIE S.p.A., Castelfranco Veneto (TV). Sector: Signal reception and distribution.
Position: Group Operation Manager and Board Member for ELIT, Tunisian Company.

I was in charge for a complete reorganization and outsourcing of the industrial part in Tunisia.
