In doing so students will understand and appreciate the complex interaction between individuals onsite and online that emerge when people engage in working on a task together and pursue novelty.

Specifically the course is designed :
- to develop students’ skills in analysing, discussing and critiquing both problems and solutions regarding some relevant human behaviours
- to enable students to develop a comprehensive knowledge about the challenges managers face in managing human behaviours in modern organizations pursuing creativity and innovation;
- to identify ethical issues in managing human behaviours
Prerequisiti
Contenuti
After an introductory section to define human behaviours and looking at the main challenges of managing them in modern organizations, the course is divided in two sections one focusing on the individual level of analysis and the second focusing on the group level of analysis.
Introduction:
- what are human behaviours, main organizational challenges, a behaviour model, behaviours and ethics, managing motivation in remote working
Individual behaviours
- Attitudes, Job Satisfaction and emotional intelligence
- Motivation theories and applications
- Decision making and creativity
Group behaviours
- Foundations of group behaviour: properties and decision making
- Understanding work team and managing team in remote working
