This course is designed to familiarize the students to the core topics of corporate finance, financial management and financial policy. The emphasis will be on sustainable finance and sustainable value creation. A critical evaluation of models that evaluate projects solely from the perspective of one group of stakeholders has given way to alternative models that consider the interests of all stakeholders.
