Luca ZAN

Professore Alma Mater, Università di Bologna. Ex direttore del GIOCA (Laurea magistrale in Gestione, Innovazione e Organizzazione della Cultura e delle Arti), Università di Bologna, dove ha tenuto il corso “Etnografia delle organizzazioni artistiche” e dove attualmente tiene il corso “Heritage, history and the issue of organizing”. Docente a contratto presso l’Heinz College fino al 2020, alla Carnegie Mellon University di Pittsburgh, dove ha tenuto il corso “International Perspectives in Arts Management” nell’ambito del Master in Arts Management; e presso la CAFA di Pechino, dove ha tenuto il corso “Management and arts organizations”.

Interessi di ricerca e pubblicazioni:

a) Storia della gestione e della contabilità, in termini sia di teorie che di pratiche (in particolare in contesti preindustriali, come l’Arsenale di Venezia del XVI secolo), con un’attenzione crescente al patrimonio industriale.

b) Gestione del patrimonio e delle organizzazioni artistiche, con particolare attenzione alla ricerca sul campo e al confronto internazionale.

c) Un’attenzione specifica alla gestione delle arti e del patrimonio nella città di Venezia.

d) Il patrimonio culturale cinese.

e) Processi di cambiamento strategico, nell’ambito delle tradizioni della gestione strategica, della contabilità gestionale e della teoria dell’organizzazione.
