Overview

The Master’s Degree Programme in International Management, taught entirely in English, prepares professionals capable of managing public and private organisations across all sectors and equipped to respond to socioeconomic transformations at both national and international levels.

By developing advanced skills in the main areas of management, the programme equips students to operate in complex, global contexts characterised by two key factors: increasing uncertainty—driven by rapid changes in demand, technology, and institutions—and global competition, involving companies of all sizes with strong international ambitions.

The course examines issues related to strategic planning and provides analytical and decision-making tools for management at corporate, business, and functional levels. Teaching is based on a learning-by-doing approach, with project work, real case studies, and the direct involvement of companies and institutions, enabling students to develop practical skills and strategic insight from the very beginning of their studies.
