Overview

The Master’s Degree Programme in Comparative International Relations (RIC) offers a unique opportunity in Italy for advanced study in international relations through a critical, interdisciplinary and comparative approach, open to insights from cultural studies and political discourse analysis.

The programme provides a solid common foundation in economics, history, law, politics and the English language, complemented by comparative studies focusing on specific thematic areas and cultural or geopolitical regions.
You can choose from five curricula:

  • The Americas
  • East Asia
  • Eastern Europe
  • European Union Studies (taught in English)
  • Global Studies (taught in English)

RIC also gives you the opportunity to develop advanced language skills in seven languages — Spanish, Portuguese, French, Russian, German, Chinese and Japanese — in addition to English, in line with your chosen curriculum.
